By accessing or using Shopi Screens ("the Service"), provided by Molina Labs, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Your content

You retain all rights to the text, screenshots, and banner designs you create with the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload or generate does not infringe the rights of others, including Shopify, third-party apps, or copyrighted imagery.

Use of the Service

The Service is provided to help you design marketing banners for your Shopify App Store listings. You agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or attempt to disrupt the Service.

No warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that your banners will be approved by Shopify or any other platform. Compliance with Shopify's listing guidelines remains your responsibility.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Molina Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
